Class action suite against ICBC? By everyone who has been destroyed by the failure that is no fault insurance. There are no other options, no other company can insure us we are forced to accept whatever they decide to provide. Can someone who understands law explain to me how these people can or why they cannot sue ICBC for the pathetic failings of the no fault system?
