Can we all agree these shelters regardless of where they are built are not "temporary" once they are built good luck taking them away without an uproar of humans rights violations, by building them the tax payers will be responsible for funding this annually for many years to come, and if we think the the tenants will respect and care for these buildings in the long term without accountability and or a sense of ownership we are dreaming.
All government employees, officials, and consultants with clearance have access to personal data. The city of Thunder Bay has access to your personal data. Most tech companies have been selling your personal data for decades. Killing a contract as a publicity stunt and to mend hurt feelings while leaving these people without internet is the poor decision.
