Will a struggle for whoever buys it. Malls aren't what they used to be, big box has squeezed the all in all malls out of the majority of the consumer market. First step to saving the mall would be lower the rents.
Following these rules will.have a wide impact No more church bake sales, no more school bakes sales, or craft fair goodies, no more baked goods, pickles, jams etc at the farmers market. APH is going to step in and shut them all down? If one source of home preparation is shut down, then they should all be shut down.
Who said I ride the short bus? I can't drive due to medical issues that can put others in danger. And the new routes do affect me. Riding the bus is more economical at $3.50 to get to work compared to over 20.00 for a cab. Thank you for adding the cherry to my previous comment about making assumptions.

Super in my building took the recycle bins away and put them in storage and put a note on the door to throw all garbage including recycles into the dumpster.
For those of you claiming you can't bring 5 cases of beer across the border, here's a little info for you. There is this really cool place called DUTY FREE, its to your right as you pass customs on the US side, and we have one on our side too. When you purchase alcohol in this building you are allowed 5 CASES PER INDIVIDUAL IN THE VEHICLE. Its not smuggling, you claim you pay and till save money. Educate yourselves otherwise you make yourselves look like the you climbed out of the shallow end of the gene pool
