63Why is the city wrecking every thing that we have enjoyed for decades! They want to take pointe des chene away from the public ...now bellvue park! Whats going to be left for families to continue enjoying nature..safe playgrounds. Leave everything as is...Spend money on proper winter maintenance cause this year it was horrendous! Cant go for walks anywhere cause nothing is plowed this year.. such a mess...and now the park is going to be destroyed!

Why destroy something that has been around for decades!!People snow shoe in the winter months...families bring their kids to the beach...tourists come from all over to enjoy the water. Leave it alone...move on to something else that will make you money!!! It's just greed now!!

SooToday 2I frequent Bellevue park quite abit with my dog. I do see dog poop left right beside a garbage can! Dog poop is the owners responsibility...but what really ticks me off is that all the goose crap your trying to walk through is unbelievable!! Goose crap can kill a dog if he eats it..(mine doesn't) that is far more disgusting...why aren't the city park employees cleaning up that filthy mess!

SooToday 1I let my dog go swimming in the water. He doesn't go bother other dogs or people. If there are kids there then no..I dont let him loose..ill keep him on a longer leash.

SooTodayThere are lots of people who own dogs..we have no where to go without people complaining.Why not invest some money in another dog park...somewhere that they can run free....would be nice if it was near water so they can swim also...Everyone wants dogs leashed...well...they need to run also and enjoy that freedom.

SooTodayI agree with you 100%....and Bellevue park is a disgrace too...its like walking through a land mine with all the goose droppings on the trails. Should be cleaned everyday...!
