Since the deal hasn't closed, it must still be possible for the city to back out of it. I jus,t can't undersrand the rational of selling something for about $35k then buying it back for $4.7 million. Even more stunning the decision was unanimous. We could have gotten it back for unpaid taxes or breaches of the property standards act. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm a Ford supporter, but if he calls an early election I would consider another party to punish him for his stupid decision when we need him to work on the response to Trump's tariffs, not spend valuable time campaigning. Trudeau is a lame duck. Doug Ford took over as the voice of Canada abd was highly respected. Shame on him.
