Arrest them and charge them for breaking the law, just as I would be for driving my car too fast.Take them to a holding cell and with medical supervision wait until they are not high. Take them to a trained addictions counsellor who can show them a path to getting sober. Then release them.1. It takes them off the street thus preventing danger to others.2. They are not out stealing for their next high.3. It gives them hope.There is a huge gap from street living addiction to a rehab centre. Its too insurmountable for most. Everyone deserves a real solution.There are many reasons for drug addictions however "I was experimenting" is no longer valid. Get this problem sorted and fast !

RJs is closed because someone opened a business that does not understand how to run one in this City. Roof collapses.. could have been very costly to lives. Do the right thing and look up the Law before you try and turn a profit. MOL fining lots of people at the moment for not following local laws...Yes a grocery store is great downtown however do your due diligence.

I know many special needs children that were attacked and mis-treated by unqualified EAs yet they thrived when matched with a qualified person. More EAs should learn the low arousal approach used in Europe for Alzheimer's patients and ASD individuals. It works.

He has been publicly reprimanded for speaking out whilst many other Council members propose actions that get approved at great cost to the taxpayers.Remove Shoemaker publicly through avenues that you have.. and fast.

SooToday 8Do not withhold rent. You can be evicted and will end up on sites like openroom.ca where LL can add evicted LTB orders making it hard for you to rent anywhere. Also check with the Managing Company now, if they hire a contractor now - they are the ones on the hook to pay the bill and most Company's that have this type of Managing role do not skip out on paying bills. The contractors are normally the first to be paid if doing work for a Court Appointed liquodator. Due your due diligence first.

Many students take a photo of the homework before leaving class so cell phones do play a part in the classroom. What should be done is tighter controls on opening social media accounts to prevent online bullying and less spam. For the most part a SIN # and fingerprints are for ID, perhaps social media companies should start enforcing identification tags to open an account.
