PrinceGeorgeCitizenEvery morning I drive a friend to Buy-Low. I park where I face towards London Drugs. I watch as a ‘certain people’ are outside the store picking up butts and then off they go into LD. They come out with merchandise. Now I’ll hear from all the people that will say “just because they pick up cig butts doesn’t mean they’re shop lifters”. Yah whatever.
