City shrinks temporary overnight sheltering site boundaries
PrinceGeorgeCitizen 11I love paying 4k a year in property tax living in Millar Addition and 600 metres away are the overnight campers stealing, breaking and entering into property and vehicles. Oh one of the campers came into my yard and threatened to harm me , my family and burn my house down 14 months ago. But hey. They are just overnight campers sheltering and shooting guns into the neighbourhhood. Council doesn’t seem to care about the residents being back stops for gunfire and stray rounds. I guess I’ll hide behind the flyer

PrinceGeorgeCitizen 976tech is right. Pharmacies have been doing this free of charge since 1996 in BC. Not sure why it is being spun that this is not a program that is already in place and fully funded by the government. Maybe next time focus on the resources that are available to those with addiction and homelessness.
