This likely to be the conclusion of the consultants. A 4plex would cost around $150M, or 4 soccerplexes. or 38 Tennis domes. a replacement for the gardens will be $200M or 40 homeless encampments. the consultants will come up with a costs of likely around $500M in capital investments which is the result of not enough investments in infrastructure in the last couple decades... Getting this kind of sizable investment into health and recreation is going to be hard for any member of city counsel.
