That's just pure lack of accountability. I can't believe how lax all of our service providers and service institutions, be it banks, retail, utility, telecommunications, insurance etc have become, No one takes responsibility for anyrhing. Is there no pride in the services preformed!! Always someone else's fault. Its pathetic that the consumers who are the reason these service providers make a living are treated so poorly and dismissed so easily. Everyone is just a $ figure to them!. Truly pathetic how we've regressed.
