a place that has a history of snow storms and heavy Winters is ill-equipped to keep roads clear during a snowstorm or during light snowfall. These roads/hwys should be consistently cleared for business traffic. I see the effects of their clearing by the tragic accidents that recently cost 2 lives. Avoidable.
