Council wants to hear more from the public before Mr. PG is sent downtown

Why was it moved there in the first place, knowing full well that there would be residential development eventually happening there? And, sorry, but does anyone seriously think that you are going to get tourists, in RV's, to go downtown just to see MR. PG. Besides, having tourists going into our downtown area is defiantly not going to get rave reviews on what PG truly has to offer. Have you seen our downtown recently? Come on people, think!!!!

Well that's defiantly good news. but here is yet another flip flop from the NDP. Oh right there is an election coming up, how silly of me.

"This isn't a rain tax" Well Mr. Mayor, that is exactly what it is. Are taxes are ridicules enough as it is, now this.

And yet another downtown revitalization plan. Just how many of these have we seen in the last 40+ years. Personally I think PG needs to get control of its own streets again. And, just where is all this money coming from. I think the taxpayers are already taxed to the max. Face it the city has a reputation of making it extremely difficult, if not impossible, for people to develop here.

The Ospika connector really does need to get done and something city should be pushed harder to make happen.

People People People please. There is a very easy solution to this entire situation. All that needs to be done, is to let Trudeau know what is going on. That way he can put a tax on it, and problem will solve itself.......Right.....???

So, we have a BC Natural Resources Forum her in Prince George, and Premier Eby is a guest speaker. Okay great, but isn't this the same Eby, and party, that is h_ ll bent on destroying our Natural Resource sector with ''every tool in the tool box". Am I missing something here.🤷‍♂️

Modular homes better known as trailers. I guess mayor Yu needs to try and justify his 1804 homes in the next 5 years. Oh and do you know the wait time for these “Trailers “ are. You’d be surprised.

A person tries to do good things, and they always have to deal with the NIMBY's.

Okay, so the proposal is for a "Seniors Community". Now just exactly what impact will it have on the existing school??

Yes we did yesterday. UNBELIEVABLE. An Englishman's Home is his Castel.A Canadian's Home is a great source of revenue for cash strapped Municipalities and bankrupt Provincial Governments.🤬

People relay need to understand how to read these numbers and how they really relate. Then I'm not so sure you would want to be bragging about them so much. But then again, they are meant to fool people.

Wow. These figures really need to be checked. CMHC has a very strange way of compiling stats, and I believe this is one of those cases. 🤷🏼‍♂️
