For @ben there and others on here constantly criticizing, including the reporter who wrote this (and will probably delete my comment). Cam is the best candidate, hands down. Until a true candidate comes forward, Cam is top. Maybe come behind your username and run yourself?
Not sure that's correct. The external boards make up 35% of city budget. You don't just add them together. Not sure though. I have some questions:-Why do Police provide a yearly report, but most City departments, including Guelph Fire, don't? You look online and some haven't posted a year end in years. Why?-What happens when the new Library will require drastically more security? So many nooks a cranny's for people to hang out, hide, live. -Is the downtown City revitalization included in these deferrals?Just curious. When I try to research the City website, it's obvious that so many City departments show NO accountability by showing yearly budget results (under or over budget)
Simple question. Why is it that when I look at the City website, practically no City departments post a yearly report for budget and spending? Guelph Police do, but no one else. Some have here or there, but for the most part there's no consistency.
