I agree with you 100%. Running into this man in the woods who 's own son inlaw didn't feel safe with seems ridiculous to me. And again, what are his bathroom facilities?I can't believe the City of Guelph would allow this. Gees , if taxpayers want to do do home improvements we have red tape and hoops to jump through.
