GuelphToday 17Why don’t we hold those accountable that are doing the graffiti instead of the business owners. I personally don’t own a business but feel it’s unfair to hold the owners accountable. Holding people accountable these days I know seems a little crazy and something the people that are doing the graffiti aren’t used to but maybe that’s a better idea. A bucket and scrub brush and some elbow grease might make them think twice, but that would hold them accountable and maybe we don’t want to start doing that it might hurt their feelings.

GuelphToday 13I agree that there should be a renoviction bylaw but if we’re going to impose that then there should be a bylaw to allow a landlord to evict a tenant that doesn’t pay rent, and the process to evict shouldn’t include the rental tribunal and shouldn’t take months to impose. You don’t pay rent your gone none of this squatting going on or I just don’t think I should have to pay.
