Ticketing individuals who don't have an address, or a place to live is petty.Apparently Municipal Clean Yard By-laws > The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. lol Let's ignore the gross housing shortage and focus our attention on a dirty yard. This article is a red herring. They mask the severe housing shortage with "yard garbage". Two years ago there was barely enough housing for half the population, now home builders aren't even pouring foundations at the same rate as last year, because they aren't making a profit. Instead of complaining about the side effect of homelessness, "Whaaaaaaa, these scary disadvantage people are leaving their garbage every where..." Why not ask the people in charge why things have gotten worse in Canada? Canada seems to be aligning itself with WEF's Agenda 2030. As more of our rights are taken away, we do nothing, when we should say "NO!" immediately when it happens. If anyone remembers THX 1138, this is where we are headed.

What's interesting is the lockdown's and their orders weren't written into law. They were merely suggestions. Ironically, government offices that serve the public still had government employees working during the lockdown. Yet, they were closed to the public. Hmmm let's think about that, public sector employees still showed up for work, while they locked their doors to the public. The hypocrisy is so thick it could've been tasted.The real kicker is the LCBO, a government owned business, was never forced to close it's doors during the pandemic. Reading into COVID-19 deaths... If someone died in a car accident yet tested positive for COVID-19 it was falsely recorded as a COVID-19 Death. There are a bunch of holes that don't make sense and there is a lack of integrity and accountability when COVID-19 deaths were reported. During the peak of COVID-19 there were ZERO, (0) recorded cases of the flu. Mrs. Stewart, please appeal. May God Bless you.

Many commenters seem to be toxic and/or ignorant. They use the fact that they are behind a computer screen to bully and persuade others.Many of the comments are using logical fallacies and are attacking Mrs. Stewart as a person vs addressing the issue. The issue is simple - Did the government have the right to side step our Charter of Rights and Freedoms, while at the same time not applying their rules to themselves? Does the government have the right to discriminate and force individuals to take an UNTESTED vaccine? Taking a vaccine where the manufacturers had no legal liability should there be any injuries or deaths related to the UNTESTED vaccine. Do the Governments of Canada, Ontario, and North Bay have the right to sovereignty of our physical bodies?The real noodle cooker here is how did they a mass all the vaccines so quickly without going through the standard 5 -10 year trials? How is it that millions of vaccine were made in months, when it normally takes years?

(supposedly) When you give this app permission over your contact list, it uses your contact list to "identify" others. Your address book ensures the accurate identity of a phone number and email address to an individual. Everyone who uses Meta Apps, need to be aware that their contact list is being used to confirm the identity of other people. You combine this immoral practice of mining data, (legally stealing your data through privacy agreements and terms of use, which many people agree to, but few read.) with their recent censorship allegations and you get a social media platform that uses you, instead of you using it. People need to understand this: You aren't using facebook, it's using you! Fakebook, What's APP, and Narcissist-o-gram sells your information.

Vic Fedeli is good at putting himself on billboards and ribbon cutting ceremonies. Other than that I wouldn't count on his office answering legitimate concerns. Perhaps to get his attention invite him out for a ribbon cutting ceremony of the duplex. Tell him the press will be there. Our levels of government are over staffed, over paid, and they get comfortable being in positions of power. The municipal, provincial, and federal governments of Canada no longer work for the people, rather, the people work for the government. It's absolutely backwards. The level of trust people have of the municipal, provincial and federal government is dwindling for good reason.

It seems the Councillors and mayor in North Bay have Hockey Pucks for brains. How can one step over and ignore someone experiencing homelessness while going to a hockey game. Shame. The priorities are upside down. Atleast we have a new 60 million dollar Sports complex being built....Hypocrites is right. The sighting of tents might induce our city Councillors to vote themselves another pay increase, because of the "emotional" trauma of seeing a tent on public property. Hockey Pucks are more important than Human Lives.
