This is a poorly designed "plan" that will cause chaos for the agencies working in this space, shuffling around programs and staffing and buildings, with only short-term and inadequate funding, that we KNOW will lead to worse outcomes.

56% of Guelph wanted a ban. Why bother holding public consultations if you have no intention of listening or acting on the information gathered? Just let the fireworks lobby write the bylaw for you and collect your paycheques.

Can't be that hard to find someone who will avoid all the debates & illegally robocall voters. Is the diagalon affiliation still optional?

"human trafficking, drug dealing, overt drug use and inciting public violence and disturbances" - already illegal. "Our homeless individuals need help but they are often not being directed to appropriate resources." The resources don't exist.How exactly will this bylaw help?
