Local resident frustrated with illegal dumping
BayToday 2I think the city really needs a central spot for garbage disposal. The dump is pretty far, and many people just are not able to get there. I am in no way condoning illegal dumping. When something is hard to access people do not use it. It is at least 30 minutes one way to the dump, if they had a area in the city, like the recycling area, that people could bring mattresses, appliances and garbage it would probably help with the dumping.
