39Why a raise at all ? The city is a mess, streets badly cleared of snow, driving the streets is like driving in a ploughed field. Maybe the crew at city hall could take a drive around the city once in a while to check out the conditions pot holes etc. Next election can’t come quick enough .

20Don’t buy gift cards unless they are sold at the cashier counter. Stores like Shoppers , Zehrs etc have them on racks away from any supervision. Safest way is give your own card with money in it. Stores are to blame for these thefts .
