Just go near the oatc clinic at an given time. Police presence doesn't exist while people smoke off tinfoil in the little cubby holes along the street. Potted plants all over the place. Hec i had to carry a dead bird off the road the other day (with gloves) so people wouldn't run it over and over. Maybe that's a coincidence and nothing to do with crime but it just added to the miserable state of things 😂
