What about people that can’t feed their families because of the ridiculous rise in housing and groceries. The old have to work longer because their pensions don’t cover as much, the young have no jobs. This government NEED to be changed

I believe our police are doing the best that they can under this regime of catching criminals and releasing them. They are just as frustrated as the public are. The cost of everything has gone up, why would anyone expect the police department be any different. The drugs and crime in this city has been on the steady increase, so why would their cost not also reflect that.Yes the police are there too help and they deserve our respect and our understanding that they can only do so much. They will take a bullet, literally for you if needed and should be paid accordingly!!!!

If the downtown association wants it then they should pay for it. City tax dollars should be spent where it’s needed in town. Affordable housing, child special services . Let’s fix the real problems before we make more!

So children will suffer more. Children whose needs are not met now are going to get worse. Children like my boys. We are not given the help they need now. This is pathetic. Then the boards wonder why more and more people are homeschooling their children. They say diversity matters but yet they expect all children to sit for eight hours a day learning but actually not being taught anything.. I’m disgusted with this education system!!!! Shame on you all

This is a great idea. But, is it really going too be used for community events or just those things related to schooling events. Will the people of the community be able to run on it when it’s not in use for school events. Is it truly for the community or just a back door for what the school board wants

Once again these poor children get the brown end of the stick. These children have a hard enough time. The problem with the government is they don’t seem to understand that one education guideline doesn’t work with every child. And don’t say an IEP cause they are very rarely are followed.

What happens too people who can’t work and want to work. How are we going to keep feeding our families with all the food and rental hikes. The elderly and disabled are suffering. Something need to be done to help them.

Well Barefoot. As matter of fact we have worked with the schools for many years and get nothing but “sorry we can’t “. Doctors are involved as well as other agencies!! And still nothing. The problem is the entire system is broken. We fight with documentation, with other agencies and doctors at our side. I can pay for therapies but the board will not let them in the school to help. The school board has two ppl only to cover the entire district. And these special people and the roles they play can greatly impact, influence and improve not just my children but so many others, and we, as parents are not given anything, information or access until years after. That is wrong.

I had a blast dressing up and talking with the children. Seeing their smiles was priceless
So when these studies are done , who pays for any accidents? Oh yeah not the city but the poor people. Going and changing things like this after decades. That’s wrong and asking for trouble
