Need to stop writing about the homeless addicts. Baldy Hughes or their families should help them not strangers. Also there's tons of jobs in town and maybe if this town stopped hiring immigrants and start supporting locals their would be more jobs. Walmart and many other places are 90% immigrant workers and less then 10% actual locals and canadians. Immigrants are purchasing homes and then doing illegal renting or selling drugs. Aboriginal ppl are being turned away for jobs and homes and even schooling . Time for canadians to take back this town. So many homeless could have jobs but jobs here no longer go to locals. .

As a previous buisness owner I will not do any buisness downtown until this town cleans up the addicts. Tired of loosing money for ppl who refuse to work. Send them for help and if they don't want help tell them they gotta go back to where they came from. Their families should be dealing with them not strangers who work hard

There's a place we have called Baldy Hughes. If the homeless addicts want help send them there... if they don't send them back to their families. Stop asking us working ppl who are being robbed by them to keep supporting them. We want our town back. They pee and crap on the streets, rob ppl and more... I'm not paying or fundraising more for the schools. I've lost 2 jobs thanks to the schools and the endless amount of days off that are intact having a massive impact on our kids learning. Companies are firing parents as we have to take endless days off for our kids with all their random days off. In 3 months the kids have had a total of 1 full month off of school. The school system in BC what a joke

Our town is probably in debit with the amount of crap they worry about instead of real issues. As someone wanting to own my own store I refuse to rent anything down town due to our crime rate. How about send addicts to baldy Hughes or send them back home and then more of us will.consider opening things again . Until then I'm looking into moving out of this garbage down that smells badly and let's addicts run the town.
