TBNewsWatch 13So, let's find the answer to the question of how many "urban campers" are there because they can't afford the rent and follow that question with ones that determine why they can't afford the rent. If someone makes poor choices is it up to landlords to compensate them for their poor choices? How many of these urban campers need to put their big boy pants on and take some responsibility for their situation? I'm all in favour of offering a hand up, but not perpetual handouts.
