34It's funny to see all the Conservatives crying about this budget when we all know that, had PP announced a similar budget, you'd be cheering it on. This is a Conservative budget, literally a budget Harper would have passed. Cuts to public sector employees, reducing immigration numbers, loopholes to keep big oil running - put Pollievres name on it and you would be ecstatic.

If you force people to pay for every bag of garbage they set out, you're going to unfairly place more burdens on lower income households, who most likely don't have the luxury of a garage or she's to store recycling and organic waste, while also placing a bigger burden on city staff who have to deal with overstuffed public trash cans and illegal dumping.
