GuelphTodayImportant to note that it was supposed to originally be $10/day here as of 2024 and they kept kicking the can down the road... probably a good thing since it's now being proven to be unsustainable and poorly thought out. I'm grateful for it but simply handing provinces money and then telling them to "figure it out" hasn't really gone well for things like this, cannabis, etc.Part of me thinks this is being starved to make privatization/for-profit much more palatable. Just like our healthcare.
