38Tiny Homes as a model works in many jurisdictions. It's mostly political will that blocks their adoption in Guelph. The model was rejected here on the assumption that shuffling the unhoused in and out of shelters is works. It does for some, but fails many and fails my definition of humane rehabilitation.
