9Tracy L not true only 2.1% the rules are so bad for landlords making us not want to even risk renting. Bill 60 made some changes but our government is so inefficient there’s no telling when the new rules will be actually implemented. This country rewards people who depend on governments subsidies while pushing away investors to other countries or tax home owners till death.I’m not loosing my home I work my but off for years to bad tenants or high home taxes

We get home after shoveling at work only to find an ice mountain waiting at home. Then you have no where to park can’t get in your driveway. We nee a solution!
