OrilliaMatters 7Bring back real work camps. 95% would not be homeless if they thought their "Home" might be a work camp. You pay your debt through work. The more you owe in fines, lawsuits, etc., the longer you get to stay. It is not punishment for their crimes, it is the "Deterrence" portion of Justice. Free housing wouldn't change this culture, but good hard work, (A Trade) just might.

OrilliaMatters 6Keep the name as it is. Brian was the best skater to skate on that ice. I lived a few doors down from the rink. It was the "South Ward Outdoor" Rink when I grew up. Many, many times when I was making my way home after a night of revelry, I would see Brian carrying in a Hot Chocolate and hitting the ice at 6 ish. He worked damn hard there and his Banners make a statement. Hard work pays off. I knew a few ladies that skated there too, so it was always a pleasure to watch their ice workouts as well. He deserves the name on the little rink he skated out of.
