Another $300,000 for transportation was wanted, while we are teaching adults "life and employment" "skills.....we are basically doing EVERYTHING for them and getting what in return, angry taxpayers??
Why should people have compassion for others who elect to do drugs and drink all day while we are at work flipping the bill, get your priorities straight kid.
If the city actually used a democratic system for projects such as these, it would go much smoother, this project will destroy the city and once they move in it will be virtually impossible to get them out.
When the whole "encampment" village burns down, then what will the city's excuse be.....they have been warned many times. Maybe they will all be housed in hotels at our expense.

How simple of you, the reason is that there are so many people who run red lights in the city that something has to be done. If you want to blame someone, blame them.
These "criminals" are seemingly allowed to do whatever in this city without penalty YET a person on his/her way home from work rolls through a stop sign or another minor infraction and gets a ticket plus points. We have a real fair justice system in Thunder Bay.

Red River Road is already a bottleneck with all the mistimed lights, and the City's solution is to add another one. What inept management we have in this city.
