18It's funny but years ago when RVH was moving from it's downtown location to it's present location there was this same discussion.Personally yes I would prefer downtown however even I realize that downtown doesn't work. Downtown is Land locked and unfortunately in this day and age concessions must be made.University Ave even with its issues is by far the prudent choice.

The traffic may have slowed at the traffic circle however when vehicles clear the circle they speed down the rest of forest Ave to get to the highway mHow about a stop sign or speed control measures for the rest of forest Ave or doesn't the city care about that.
