TBNewsWatch 14I live behind this building. All day, all night, people yelling to be let in. Apt. 101 had at least 3 home invasions plus the fire last summer to get revenge on some drug peddlers. I have jumped my fence to go break up fights there, have had to call 911 because people were screaming for help or sounded like they were in massive distress....no one is paying attention to this building or it's legitimate residents.
