TBNewsWatch 6I drive back and forth from Thunder Bay to Upsala once a month in winter, once a week from spring to fall. Yes, there is a fatal collision there at least once a month, and a highway closure in that area once a week. That stretch is certainly NOT as safe as you’re trying to make it seem.
