'I've done nothing wrong' Mayor Chirico calls for integrity commissioner to investigate

Better idea call the OPP in for a full audit and get this done. This is theft from the citizens of North Bay and I should point out theft over $5,000. So if I go into a local store and take $16,000 from their cash register and I get caught two years later all I do is pay it back and walk away? I bet not. Be a man and step down in shame.

Well Gavin you sure hit the nail on the head with replacing one name isn’t the answer as so far we are up to three names and that is without a forensic audit. The Mayor, his admin (who submitted some of his expenses and the CAO who approved them all must be walked out of City Hall. Stealing from taxpayers plain and simple isn’t acceptable. You/us won’t change the culture with the group having no regard for transparency, accountability, and integrity. Faces and names need to go first.

This is just a distraction and solves nothing. The Mayor will just hand in his expenses on a different card and the CAO will approve without questioning the expenses. History sure has proved this time and time again. The CAO & Mayor need to go with cause and we aren’t on the hook for a penny of severance.

Nope as I used that as an example with the North Bay Police Service. I said if I take $16,000 from a store and two years later I get caught….Hey officer here is a cheque for $16,000 I made a mistake I’ll just walk down the street. The officer responded no you won’’t. They didn’t take my name, number, address or complaint. I even said to the officer you will need to send this to another Police Service as the Mayor sits on the Police Board. They wanted nothing to do with a complaint against the Mayor.

Enough there is no accountability so stop giving our money away. Welcome to life make the hill users pay if they don’t want to pay cut costs or close it down. Now that is simple.I just saved the taxpayers $100,000 and I’m a taxpayer here in North Bay as well.

This is so simple the city contacts the North Bay Police Service and they would need to hand this over to another service……..I already contacted the North Bay Police Service and that was 45 minutes of my time and they didn’t care unless the city contacted them…..Did I ever get a run around….Who knew I’m a taxpayer and pay for their service….WOW!!!!!.

Well about a week and a half a go I tried to file a complaint and after about 45 minutes the North Bay Police Service would have nothing to do with it or me.They even had the nerve to tell me go talk with CAO and others at City Hall. I was told the City of North Bay would need to file a complaint…..Something sure isn’t correct in this article or the North Bay Police Service is talking to the media differently than to a taxpayer.

I have a great idea give the guy a key to the city, fundraising dinner, Civic Medal, and drop all charges.
