It's about time - over inflated prices and bidding wars where sellers were getting WAY over market value during COVID. The housing prices aren't down to where they should be yet - first time home buyers and starter homes were non existent.
I wonder if the people that made the decision to move them for a nice safe place where people can shop and eat to a dirty rail yard with probably no bathrooms on the premises actually visited the locations? It all comes down to $$. It's not about customer satisfaction that's for sure!
You're better off getting a tracker and put that on your dog's collar or an identifying pet tag that shows your name and number that can purchased at any pet store. It's not like the licensing fee goes to help spay/neuter or shot clinics .
