Mark Carney’s Liberal government to table first budget today

How many months now of 0 transparency? I don’t know what the exact reason are but I do know they’re not favourable to me and the rest of the middle class.

Tickets belong with the offender not the owner of the vehicle they happened to be in at the time, I have no idea how this is even up for debate.

I keep seeing this comment repeated over and over, there are explanations of their plans (you clearly just haven’t looked) and also a track record to back them up, in 2014 our middle class was out earning the Americans.

During those times had we been in the middle of doubled housing costs under said government? Bad crime spiked? Had overdoses spiked? And our per capita GDP shrunk somehow in the middle of an inflation crisis?

Google "Canadian middle class 2014" and give yourself a reminder about our economic success under Harper.

Harpers was to stop a coalition government from forming with him inadvertently being the face of with one of the parties literally being one that wanted to not be a part of the country. Trudeaus is in order to avoid a confidence vote which will topple his government. So no it's not at all the same.

A ticket issued in your name with 0 evidence against you for a family member or friends actions is absolutely ridiculous I have no idea how we ever started allowing this nonsense, if you want to take my hard earned and already 45% taxed money you can catch ME in the act.

@MarkonHouzz Not only did they in-fact have a plan the Federal liberals that stole his campaign promises on carbon tax, temporary workers, bail reform, and housing on federal land.

Having no domestic steel plants is not an option, its a matter of national security.

MarkonHouzz Blaming the budget? I was commenting on the fact that it’s months late and we’re all in the dark about what’s been happening, you understand that is neither proper or a good thing right?

If you were able to see the salary of everyone in the country employees would have the upper hand on bargaining, not the employers. Publicly posted salaries are good for the average person.

Publicly pronounced Trudeau a failed leader then voted to give him unprecedented powers….

Ideas that have lead to nothing but poverty and accidental genocide.

@RoyalcityrabblerouserObama had historically low gdp growth, which I will admit is a large part of the reason that our middle class earnings briefly surpassed there’s. As per the rest of your comment….there has never been a more successful Canadian economy in my life than under Harper so I have nothing to say besides you are wrong.

I've also spent record high on housing, insurance & food this year, give me it as a percentage of gdp or other relevant ratio compared to the provinces record or else I cant take this claim seriously.

Says right in the article that CUPE also accuses the previous liberals of eroded compensation....and I'm sure that Ontario would love to vote someone in more competent than Ford if/when they ever choose to enter the race, it certainly hasn't happened yet.

Don’t be ridiculous, steel is the foundation of our society, any negative affects from the production of steel are an entirely necessary evil.

Many don't know that LCBO is crown corp but Beer Store is a private company that had a contract for a 100 year monopoly on private beer sales I do not care if every last one closes their monopoly never should have existed.(not good that we spent millions to buy out the contract early, I have no clue why Ford did that)
@sooguy, I do not care whatsoever about a friend or family member getting caught speeding, but that's not what a traffic camera does does it? It catches a vehicle speeding and creates a ticket in my name, thats not 'catching' anyone doing anything, its just taxation.
