Wonder what the comments would be if this man wasn't Caucasian. Probably not "give the guy a break" or "legend."

"Some of the things that we’re focusing on is how can we reduce our overtime, for example." All hospitals should take note, including the other Northwest rural hospitals. Often times, hospital management targets some departments while having no problem overspending on other departments (favouritism). Staff turnover should also be looked at. When there's too much staff turnover (and too many new graduates being hired), you're forced to hire 2 staff to do the job of 1 due to incompetency. Constantly having to hire new staff is also costly in terms of training. Keeping current/experienced/competent staff across all departments should be of utmost importance. When you get to the position where your current employees are unhappy with management, you got big problems for your budget -- and that applies to all hospitals.

Why is there an article if they're not accepting new clients? Are they not capable of contacting their current client base and letting them know their new location? No one except their own customers care about this place. I certainly don't. Neither do the thousands of pet owners in this city who've had to desperately call these clinics begging for help and have their despicable receptionists rudely refuse them. None of these people are worthy of the titles of vets or vet techs. Imagine what it would be like if medical staff at TBRHSC turned away patients? These people, on the other hand, are nothing more than grifters running a business.
