All I know is that 6 years ago my son took a trucking course and it cost him north of $10000.00 and he was in both the classroom and the field for a few months in order to get his AZ. the test was not easy either, he failed 2x before he was licensed. it seems back then you would fail for the tiniest infractions, what is going on now? I think the MTO is as much responsible then is the companies that are taking pay offs.

I'm sorry, but these individuals don't want food or housing, they want Crack or Meth. How many time have you seen these individuals barley standing by the post, sitting or bent over so high that a ambulance was called because drivers thought they have overdosed. I drive through out the day, every day as part of my job and I see things like this all the time. It is only a matter of time before one of these poor people end up under the wheel of a dump truck. Mark my words it's going to happen soon. Police need to Charge those people who think they are doing gods work by making a dangerous situation worse. To all the do gooders God wants you to please give your change to the soup kitchens and food bank in the city.

I agree that we need to attract international flights, but for that to work we need a rail system that can get to Lester B in a minimum of 2 hours or else you are adding another 4 hours to a weary travelers flight.

Come on! we live in northern Ontario. It has be proven time and time again, if you make it hard for recreational tourists, they simply take their tourist dollars to the next town that is accommodating. First of all, the majority of demographic for these $26000 to $54000 vehicles are not 16 year old's. (I am speaking of side by side) They are are between 30 and 50 years of age. unlike e- bikes, electric scooters and electric motorcycles, four wheelers and side by sides have to be insured to the teeth like any automobile when riding on any public road. They also must have a class G license, be insured and risk higher insurance and loss of demerit points if they are bad drivers.
