SooToday 4At that point in the war bullets and bombs were more important than cigarettes. The daily ration of toilet paper per Canadian soldier in WW2 was 3-4 sheets a day…. Other things just become more important when you’re fighting a war…. Cigarettes were important to the soldiers but the government had bigger things to supply.
