GuelphToday 7Guelph is not saturated. The amount is 30,000 for the Conestoga colleges Ontario. The Guelph campus offers very little so yeah I would have to agree. I don’t think there are that many international students here in Guelph and even if they are, they can certainly afford to pay rent.

They will soon move along. It doesn’t solve the problem, but it will save the businesses that are currently downtown. If we don’t, our downtown area, be just encampment. There will be no stores. There will be no banks. There will be no nothing but an encampment. How long can businesses stay afloat when Smash and grabs are a regular occurrence
