Resident trapped by 'wall of ice' after city plow blocks driveway

28These city plow guys do this constantly in this city, most probably SHOULDN'T be plow operators, they have no regard for elderly or disabled people that may need emergency vehicles to access their driveway. For the taxes we pay as homeowners here with mostly nothing returned, at least the city could do a decent job in the winter regarding street and sidewalk plowing.
