For what won't be the last time: this shouldn't be between bike lanes and shelters. The people benefiting from either of those things being funded often are the ones most benefiting from both being funded.Want to get upset? There are 569 Sunshine List-ers employed by the City of Guelph — get this — excluding the Guelph Police Service.We have tons of bloat in our government. Just like in every government. Maybe put your focus on that instead of pitting two complete pittances of our budget against each other.
