Guelph man upset after bylaw takes encampment tent

I met this guy they came up to him and told him they were taking his tent, they're bullies. It's been proven time and time again that displacing the homeless is a section 7 violation but the cities continuously ignore the courts and do as they please. At this point it can honestly be considered treason and domestic terrorism... If the supreme court of Canada makes these rulings it's the highest court in Canada and these officers are there to uphold said law. At what point do we draw a line with these criminals?
