Maybe add a $25 or $50 environmental fee onto each vape sold to cover disposal. Maybe it would deter people from using them. I think the users of these things are deluding themselves into thinking that somehow vaping is better for them than actually smoking.
What about average Joe Public with a young family trying buy a house. Does he have access to affordable housing as well? The perceived 'value' of a property seems to change without warning which is already crooked but I'd hope that the element of the population keeping the shelters in business, aren't getting all the opportunities when they already don't have an income except what the taxpayers bear.
