SooToday 10How about actual response times, with the city taking responsibility for all damages done to the citizens vehicles, instead they put policies in place that takes full responsibility off of the city and they don't pay a dime to the citizens with the cost of damages so high they totally disregard any pay outs, due to policies!!!! TIME TO CHANGE POLICY!!!
