Why isn’t the city helping the homeless, those truly in need of shelter from the freezing weather? The city could do much more to support the homeless; it doesn’t make sense. They have warming centres, but only allow 10 people in at a time, yet there are 500 homeless. Do the math: you can’t stay warm.
