Violence in schools should have Zero tolerance,. Explain the rules to the students. Give them a brief period to get an understanding and then kick the perps out.

Unfortunately unions in North America have a very narrow view when it comes to negotiating. Union in Europe esp. Germany sit down with the employers and get to see the "books".That way they don't force the employer into a hardship situation such as layoffs.

Great initiative!
I wonder if some of the smart people at the university can help in coming up with innovative ideas on how to plow the roads and sidewalks properly.I saw two separate handicapped people in electric wheelchairs driving down the middle of the road in a snow storm, because the sidewalks were impassable.
In my humble opinion, he city of Orillia needs to declare a snow plow emergency and get some serious help to fix this .
I am curious does this suggest management incompetence?Do we need a chance in management? In my experience Volvo graders are actually quite good?
Well done and for a great cause!
