I believe the minutes recorded at the time the official vote was taken with regards to the controversial and apparently onerous sewer project show that Councilor Bell actually voted in favor of the motion to build.This act throws up a huge question mark as to why all the grandstanding and of course non- horn tooting( has she ever told you how intelligent she is?) .This project which she rails against adnauseum is one which she actually voted in favor of
