Gallery construction halted for budget review

This city is incapable of completing projects on time or on budget. I realize that it is not city run but it tracks with the city bus terminal, Chippawa Park Carrousel, stop light synchronization and the list goes on and on. Project will clearly cost more than 75 million to complete at this point. City needs to accept this reality and work with the province to convert this failed art gallery to a Science North. You could include the Northwest Sports Hall of Fame as well as the Thunder Bay Museum
