the fact that cold mix on different potholes year after year on same roads causing the water to penatrate the underlying issues. the city needs a road resurfacing machine to shread the asphalt and repair it like tbe highways get done right away. we have roads that are redone then wait 8months to put final layer asphalt on them .the roads start the falling apart cycle from driving on them when not even finished up. but this is the soo way off doing roads
