the city already had a twenty yr window since the boardwalk and hub trail was put in. nothing really happened after. it gave the guys fishing the river a better platform to land their catch. we should have waterfront rooftop restaurants and bars like halifax but this will not happen
probably steel mill guys. algoma steel and tube mill do not close for anything blizzard or christmas holidays.were northern ontario where mostly the smart ones have 4wd trucks or awd vehicles
the city should be welcoming snowmobile access trails to local hotels like other cities.brings in alot of revenue.but when you close up access word spreads to out of towners just like sports tournaments
this also affects all the contractors that were going in on shutdowns and blast furnace rebuilds, coke oven thru wall jobs. with alot of trades going in algoma this will hurt local unions contractors will be going out of town for work now
they had a picture of guy on video that went in lcbo multiple times stuffed 40 Oz bottles down his pants in jacket and walked out.people are getting away with it all tbe time. this is why station mall one left area
another hwy getting resurfaced in northern ontario we just left east coast from New brunswick to quebec 4 lanes most all new pavement millions spent in quebec for new tunnel then I get towards ontario what a mess from sudbury to wawa we are forgotten
they are still on rotating strike didn't notice as I get email bills and use flipp app for flyers. I do miss getting the sault this week delivery 😪 hahaha
got my xmas cards by email and got e transfer money, didn't need canada post after all this week .wasn't that bad this morning to navigate 15min drive to work when u wake up 30min early to do driveway and prepare for winter environment.
after being out of town for a while this summer every town has roundabouts. our city should seriously consider these when reconstruction of roads are due
at one time they had turning lanes on corner of fifth line and Hiawatha almost a roundabout then they removed that from corner.how about trying roundabout at Wallace terrace and goulais Ave
