Does it occur to anyone else that by demanding that Internationally trained doctors who lived in Ontario prior to their education are being favoured by this expectation. This means that someone who lived in Ontario and trained elsewhere will be allowed to practice, while those who trained internationally and did not originate from Ontario are being excluded? Is this not just a way to practice racism under another guise?
